Aston Martin had one goal in mind when creating the One-77 supercar and that was to display “the ultimate expression of Aston Martin” through one vehicle and according to chief executive Ulrich Bez, they have succeeded in achieving their goal and done so in “magnificent style”. The name of this vehicle stems from the fact that it will be limited to just 77 total units produced adding it to that category of ultra rare and sought after cars that most of us will only read about online.
The heart of this beast is a Cosworth 7.3-liter V12 engine paired with a six speed paddle shifted transmission strong enough to hold the 700 horsepower this car is possesses. The One-77 is capable of going from 0 to 60 in about 3.5 seconds and also has a top speed just above 200mph. These stats seem fairly similar to most supercars we see these days, but to make the $1.4 million dollar price tag make sense you just have to take a second look at this Aston Martin. The design is damn near flawless and that’s all the company wanted. Oversized ducts leading to ceramic brakes and high performance tires finish this ride up leaving it ready for the few lucky enough to sit behind the wheel.
